Ni dhahiri kwamba wajasiriamali wengi
wamekuwa wakijiuliza ni njia gani wazitumie katika kuanzisha,kukuza ama
kuboresha biashara zao za kuuza vinywaji ili wapate kunufaika na faida kubwa.
Kama wewe pia ni mmojawapo kati ya
wajasiriamali wanaotafuta mafanikio makubwa kwa kufanya biashara ya namna hii
utakuwa umewahi kujiuliza maswali kama haya;

Je, mtaji wa biashara hii (bar) ni kiasi gani?

Mbona baa ya huyu inalingana na ile kwa mwonekano
lakini yule anamafanikio zaidi kuliko huyu?
·
Nitapajaje wateja wengi kila siku?
Majibu ya maswali yako yote ya
kwanini na kivipi ni rahisi tu, zifuatazo ni mbinu zinazoweza kukuwezesha
kufanikiwa sana katika biashara yako ya vinywaji au 'BAR'.
1.Fanya Maandalizi ya awali {Weka nia
na malengo ya biashara yako (Ni vema Ukiandika)}
Ili kufanikiwa katika biashara hii kama
ilivyo katika biashara nyingine yoyote,kitu cha kwanza kufanya ni kuweka nia na
malengo au matarajio yako baada ya muda fulani. Kwa mfano, lengo lako la kwanza
linaweza kuwa baada ya miezi sita, biashara hii iwe imekuzalishia faida kubwa
inayoweza kutosha kuwa kama mtaji wa kufungua biashara nyingine n.k.
Ni lazima pia kuainisha mahitaji yote
yanayohitajika kuanzisha biashara yako ikiwemo gharama ya ujenzi, malipo ya
wahudumu (kwa miezi sita ya mwanzo), jinsi ya kufanya malipo, Gharama za bidhaa
(vinywaji), friji, vyombo na samani za
kukalia wateja.
Umakini wa hali ya juu unahitajika
katika kufanya upembuzi yakinifu wa gharama za mahitaji ya biashara na muda wa
kutosha pia unahitajika ili kupata bei sahihi.
2.Jiandae kiuchumi
Baada ya kufanya maandalizi ya awali
ikiwa ni pamoja na kufahamu kiasi cha pesa kinachohitajika ili kuanda biashara
bila mawaa yoyote, sasa unaweza kujiandaa kiuchumi kwa kukusanya taratibu na
kudunduliza pesa kwa ajili ya kufungua biashara (bar). Kama pesa ipo tayari ni
vema kuihifadhi vyema na kuhakikisha haiingiliani na matumizi mengine.
3.Chunguza eneo unalohitaji kufanyia
biashara
Eneo unalohitaji kuweka bar yako
linanakiwa kuwa sehemu ambayo imezungukwa na wahitaji wa aina ya vinywaji unavyotaka kuuza. Kwamfano,
eneo liwe sehemu ambayo ni rahisi watu kuhitaji kuja kupumzika baada ya kazi au
kukutana na marafiki na sio karibu na Makanisa wala Misikiti au eneo lolote
ambapo unaweza kuwakera watu wenye misimamo tofauti ya kiimani.
4.Jenga Bar yako kwa jinsi ya
kumvutia macho ya mteja (kistarehe)
Wateja wengi hupenda bar yenye
mandhari mazuri ya kuvutia macho ikiwa ni pamoja na usafi wake na mpangilio wa
counter, maeneo/vyumba vya kunywea na sehemu za starehe nyingine kama 'pool
table' na Muziki/Tv. Vyoo pia vinatakiwa kuwa visafi muda wote ili kuvutia
wateja kuendelea kuja katika bar yako kila watakapohitaji kunywa.
5.Ajiri wahudumu wenye mwonekano na
lugha nzuri ya biashara
Kufanikiwa kwa Biashara kunategemea
sana mahusiano kati ya wateja na watoaji wa huduma. Wahudumu wa Bar yako
wanatakiwa kuwa wenye mwonekano na lugha nzuri kwa wateja, wasafi,wakarimu na
wasiowahi kukasirika wakati wa kuwahudumia wateja. Wahudumu wenye sifa
zilizotajwa hapo juu wanafaa na ndio hitaji la wateja wako wengi kama si wote.
6.Hakiki hesabu za mauzo ya kila siku
Unatakiwa kufanya hesabu za mauzo
yanayokusanywa kila siku na kufahamu aina za vinywaji vilivyonunuliwa (kila
aina kwa idadi yake). Uhakiki wa hesabu za mauzo ya kila siku yatakupa wastani
wa mauzo ya kawaida kila siku, kwa wiki,mwezi na mwaka. Yanakupa pia uwezo wa
kukadiria mauzo ya chini kabisa (minimum) na mauzo ya juu kabisa (maximum) kwa
siku. Hii inakusaidia wewe kuweka malengo na faida unayoipata katika biashara
yako.
Ni vizuri kuweka rekodi ya kila mauzo
kwa maandishi ili kurahisisha tathmini yoyote inayoweza kufanywa kwa minajili
ya kuboresha biashara.
7.Chunguza vitu wanavyopenda na
vinavyowachukiza wateja wako
Ni rahisi kufahamu wateja wanapenda
nini na wanachukia nini. Kwa upande wa vinywaji,ni wazi kuwa vile vinywaji
vinavyowahi kuisha kuliko vingine ndivyo vinapendwa na wateja na inabidi viwepo
vingi vya kutosha. Kuhusu ubora wa huduma, unaweza kuongea na wateja wako
(wenye busara) moja kwa moja ili kutoa kero zao ili zile zinazorekebishika
zirekebishwe maramoja ili kuepuka kupoteza wateja ambao ndio muhimiri wa
biashara yako.
8.Epuka urafiki na mikopo kazini
Hii inawahusu wote, wewe mwenye bar,
meneja na wahudumu. Biashara nyingi zinakufa au hazizai matunda tarajiwa
kutokana na urafiki na mikopo mingi. Katika bar yako ni vema ifahamike kwa wote
kuwa Ofa na mikopo isiyo na ulazima sio njia sahihi za uendeshaji wa biashara.
Weka taratibu za wazi kuhusu kukata kwenye posho,malipo au mshahara ya
mfanyakazi yeyote ambaye kwa uzembe wake mwenyewe au makusudi amesababisha
upungufu katika mauzo ya kawaida ya kila siku.
9.Ubunifu na upekee katika biashara
ya 'Bar' ni muhimu
Jitahidi kuwa na ubunifu wa pekee ili
kufanya biashara yako kuwa tofauti na wengine. Kwa mfano, unaweza kuandaa
tamasha dogo la muziki, urembo au vichekesho katika bar yako ambapo kiingilio
chake ni kununua ki/vinywaji tu. Huu au ubunifu mwingine wowote utakukuzia
biashara yako kwa kasi kubwa kama utakuwa makini kuwa utekelezaji wa ubunifu
usigharimu zaidi ya faida unayoweza kupata.
10.Pokea ushauri na maoni kutoka kwa
watu wengine
Unatakiwa kuacha masikio yako wazi
kwa ajili ya kupokea kila wazo litakalolenga uboreshaji wa biashara yako wa Bar
kutoka kwa wazoefu wa biashara ya namna hii au hata washauri wengine. Kuwa
makini pia katika kutekeleza ushauri unaopewa kwani si wote wanaokupa uashauri
wanakutakia mema katika mafanikio yako na wala si wote wanaokutakia mabaya
katika biashara yako.
