HISTORY OF INaMoTO  INITIATION
INaMoTO was at first initiated by three college students namely Sulyman Mfinanga, Victor Katunzi and Claudio Malingumu at Muhimbili University of health and allied science, college of environmental health science Mpwapwa Dodoma Tanzania in 2011 October. The three students were friends who aimed at reaching the highest level of their academic journey and due to the strategies they set; Sulyman Mfinanga introduced the group motto which stated ‘It has fire’ in Kiswahili ‘INAMOTO’. Few days later, new members of INAMOTO emerged. The active new members by February 2012 were, Bosco Chilongola, William Ritte, Hussein Abdallah, Hussein Stima and Francis Riwa.
For the group to go on with its studies activities smoothly, leadership was inevitable. Sulyman Mfinanga became the group president, Victor Katunzi the vice president, Bosco Chilongola the prime minister,Claudio Malingumu the chief advisor and the rest were members.
It should be remembered that, by then INaMoTO dealt with group academic status only and not society development as it deals nowadays.
Victor Katunzi and Claudio Malingumu were the first members to recognize the importance of increasing INaMoTO duties so as to favor the society; it is the time when the group name/motto changed from ‘It has fire’ (INAMOTO) to Innovation Necessity and Motivation of Talents Outlook (INaMoTO) in 2012 march.
Due to known un-avoidable and unknown circumstances, some of INaMoTO Members left the group including the President.
The organization is now led by Victor Katunzi as the president and Claudio Malingumu as the vice President. However, INaMoTO has currently got many members of different races who join online to get knowledge about various things they didn’t know before, news and entertainment.
